Charity Picnic

We create transformative team building experiences complimented by our gorgeous picnic arrangements with fun games offering a range of catering options in outdoor or office meeting spaces.

Choose an activity with one of our charity partners, each one promoting engagement, driving positive cultural change and of course making a difference in your local community.

What You Can Expect

  • Arrive at your selected venue to a gorgeous picnic set up by us.

  • Meet your facilitator who will run through your chosen activity and guide the teams throughout.

  • Enjoy the delicious food, fun games and connect with your colleagues.

  • Experiences are facilitated and run for 1.5-3 hours.

  • Suitable for groups from 10-500 people

  • Deliver your hampers/charitable items direct to your chosen charity or we can do it for you and provide you with a photo and video package so you can cherish your impact.

Hampers

Teams will assemble gift hampers through a variety of facilitated games with supplies provided by us. This activity gives teams a chance to flex their creative muscles and participate in a gamified task with a sense of purpose. The final hampers can be personalised with a message from your team and company.

We work with a number of organisations including the Sydney Children’s Hospital, The Benevolent Society and Domestic Violence Shelter - The RizeUp, the final recipient being of your choice.

Food For The Homeless

Teams will construct food packs from delicious and nutritious ingredients to provide a meal for the homeless.

Teams will also put together hampers consisting of essential personal hygiene items, blankets and socks.

We encourage teams to walk the streets around their office and distribute these directly to feel the real impact of their charitable actions. We can however, take these to a charity for distribution on your behalf.

Kitchenz 4 Kidz

In groups of 3-4, teams will build a kids play kitchen for one of our children’s charity partners. This activity not only promotes team building but is a great test of time management and problem solving as well as rewarding tactical hands-on building work.

Completing a piece of furniture together can be a satisfying experience that fosters a sense of accomplishment and pride. You can build knowing the kitchen will bring countless hours of joy to a child in need.

Causes

  • Hamper gifts bring hope and respite to kids and families enduring the toughest of times. They are a source of joy and put smiles on little faces, bringing hope to kids undergoing treatment.

  • Your hampers will provide essential items, comfort, and support for women and children who have experienced domestic violence.

  • Provide essential supplies and some creature comforts to those doing it tough. Show them that they are thought of and bestow respect and dignity on our elderly Australians.

  • There are approximately 650 people living on the streets of Sydney CBD at any given time, 52% are female.  Food and personal hygiene essentials are a basic human need that these individuals have difficulty accessing on their own.
